Terms of Service — Badex Signature

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Badex Signature ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Badex Signature provides email signature management software for Microsoft 365 organizations. The Service includes an SMTP proxy for signature injection, a web-based administration dashboard, and integration with Microsoft's Graph API.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must have appropriate authorization to connect your Microsoft 365 tenant to the Service.
You are responsible for all DNS configuration changes made to your domains.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

Send spam, unsolicited emails, or violate anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
Impersonate other organizations or individuals
Attempt to bypass or circumvent security measures
Resell the Service without explicit written permission

5. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime for the SMTP proxy service. Planned maintenance will be announced 24 hours in advance. We are not responsible for email delivery failures caused by third-party SMTP servers, DNS propagation delays, or Microsoft 365 outages.

6. Data Processing

By using the Service, you acknowledge that email metadata (sender/recipient addresses) will be processed by our servers for signature injection purposes. We act as a Data Processor under GDPR. Our data handling practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Payment & Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including email delivery failures or data loss.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
